I have been a high-end builder for over 45 years, with hands-on framing experience dating back to the late 1970s in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho—back when everything was done with a hammer.
I am an infantry veteran and a native of Idaho. My background has instilled in me a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep respect for craftsmanship.
I am interested in taking on projects throughout Valley County. I take great pride in my work and am meticulous in every aspect of what I do. I have extensive experience building in mountain environments, including proper truss design, correct insulation methods, plumbing considerations in cold climates, waterproof roofing systems, and durable, weather-resistant exterior siding in both metal and wood.
I am well-versed in working with county inspectors and navigating the local building codes specific to this area. Over the years, I have developed strong relationships with local suppliers, allowing me to source specialized materials efficiently and keep projects moving on schedule.
